Do you work with both UK and US businesses?
Yes. We have senior bookkeepers in both jurisdictions and run engagements in GBP and USD with the right compliance for each — VAT/HMRC in the UK and sales tax/IRS-ready books in the US.
How fast can you clean up months of behind books?
Most clean-ups take 2–4 weeks. Larger multi-year rebuilds may take 6–8 weeks. We always quote a fixed price and timeline upfront.
Do you replace my CPA or accountant?
No — we partner with them. We deliver clean, year-end-ready books so your tax accountant can focus on planning and filing instead of cleanup.
Which accounting software do you prefer?
We are software-agnostic and certified in QuickBooks Online and Xero. We can also work with Sage, FreeAgent, and Wave if that's your existing stack.
Are fees really fixed?
Yes. After a 30-minute call we send a fixed monthly fee. We only revisit the fee if your transaction volume materially changes — and we tell you before we do.
