These Terms of Use apply to accotiva.com, including the free ProfitLeak tools, calculators, articles and other resources (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Information only

Content and tool results on the Site are general information for small business owners. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for advice based on your own records and circumstances. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

2. Free tools

ProfitLeak and the other calculators run in your web browser and use only the figures or files you provide. Results depend on the accuracy of your inputs and on simplified rules and general guides. They may not reflect your actual financial position. AccoTiva does not receive or store the figures or files you enter into these tools.

3. No client relationship

Using the Site, a tool or the contact form does not create a client relationship. AccoTiva provides services only under a written engagement agreed with each client.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at a volume that affects performance, or submit unlawful or misleading information through its forms.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, design and code belong to AccoTiva unless stated otherwise. You may print or download pages and tool results for your own business use. You may not republish them as your own.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The Site may link to third-party websites or, in future, display advertising. AccoTiva is not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AccoTiva is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its tools.
